Transcript Requests
 

Important Information

  • Transcripts are provided free of charge; no fee is required.
  • Requests by phone or email are not accepted.
  • Please allow 5-7 working days for processing a transcript order; allow additional time during the end of term and graduation.
  • Metropolitan Community College does not fax transcripts to other institutions or businesses.
  • A transcript will not be released until all holds are resolved on an account. 
  • If you are unsure if your account has a hold or have other questions, please contact the Records Office at 402-457-2353 or 800-228-9553 or e-mail Jeneane Grimes or Paula Tom.

Ordering

Transcript requests must include:

  • Full name and former name(s) used while attending Metro.
  • Student identification number or Social Security number.
  • Current address.
  • Daytime phone number.
  • Complete address of where your transcript is to be sent.  

A transcript request form is available at the following link http://www.mccneb.edu/academics/transcript_request_form.asp or can be picked up at any Metro Student Services Office and may be submitted by:

  • Faxing to 402-457-2244
  • Mailing to:
    Metropolitan Community College
    P O Box 3777  BLDG 30
    Omaha, NE  68103-3777
    Attn: Records Office
  • Taking it to any Metro Student Services Office
Important: Requests that are faxed, mailed, or hand-carried require the student’s original signature.

A transcript can also be submitted online by clicking on the "Transcript Request" link found under the Academic Profile section on the Student page at the following link: http://webadvisor.mccneb.edu. Students must login with their username and password to make a transcript request online.
